We will email you a design proof within 2 working days after receiving your order, complete payment and photos. |

| Changes (up to 3 revisions) can be made to the proof if it is required by you. |

| Step 4. Production and Shipment |
Generally it will take 10 working days for the cards production to be completed. Express Service is also available at an extra cost. |

| We accept credit card (visa, master), paypal, cheque, money order or direct deposit. |
| Delivery Method and Charges |
Your order will be posted via Australia Post. Postage and Handling costs will vary depending on the size/weight of your order. ColourBABY holds no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Express Post or Registered mail can be arranged with additional costs. |

| Colours |
Please note colours will be as close as possible to the artwork that appears on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor´s display of any colour will be accurate. |
| Refund and Exchange |
ColourBABY can not refund or exchange the artworks after your order is confirmed, as each artwork is specially made to your requirements. However, if the artworks are found to be damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. We can not replace items which have been subjected to misuse. |
