1.How can I send the photo to you?
You can either send the photo by email admin@colourbaby.com.au or on a cd by mail to P.O Box 8976 gcmc, Qld 9726).

2.What is the size requirement for the photos?
Email your photos to admin@colourbaby.com.au , once you have placed your order. Please quote your order ID when sending photos. Images must be medium to high resolution JPG file (2100 x 1110 pixels). Photos downloaded from a digital camera, without resizing are usually of adequate quality. Scanned photos should be of medium to high resolution.  Photos can be saved to CD and posted rather than emailed.

3.What if I only have a hard copy photo?
We can scan it for you free of charge. Please post the photo to P.O Box 8976, gcmc, Qld 9726.

4.Can you change a colour photo to a black and white photo?
We can do the basic art work on the photo. For example: convert colour photos to black and white, take the red eye out of photo, crop the photo to the desirable size etc. Note: There will be an extra charge if there is a lot of artwork involved, we will email you a quote.

5.How long will it take to have the cards and invitations made?
It will usually take 10 working days for the cards to be completed and mailed to you. There is an Express Production Service available which takes 5 working days.

6.How will my order be sent to me?
All the ColourBABY standard service orders will be sent by Registered Mail via Australia Post. All the ColourBABY express service orders will be sent by Express Platinum Service via Australia Post. (Express Platinum Service is an Express Mail Delivery Service which requires your signature on delivery.)

7.Will I receive a design proof to have a look before it goes to printing?
Yes, a design proof will be emailed to you for confirmation before printing.

8.Can I use a photograph that has been taken by professional photographer?
ColourBABY is not liable for any copyright infringement from use of photographs forwarded to us by custom orders. ColourBABY assumes at time of order that relevant permissions have been obtained for use of photographs in our products if an existing copyright arrangement is in place.

9.Can I make changes or swap photos if I don´t like the design?
We can take up to 3 revisions. So if there is any changes required, we would love to do it for you. However, there is an extra $50.00/photo design fee required, if you would like to change the photo in the Fantasy Photo Art and Fantasy Photo Birthday Party Invitations.

10.If I pick a design which has the colour scheme for a little girl, can you change it to suit a little boy?
Yes, all the ColourBABY card designs can be customised with each customer´s needs. We can change colour, layout and other design elements to suit your special occasions.

11.What if there is a written mistake after I receive the final product? Can I return it and get a refund or reprinted?
All the spelling and wording will be checked carefully by you when you receive the design proof. Please double check! ColourBABY won´t take any responsibility for any spelling or wording errors once you approve the proof and unfortunately we won´t issue you a refund.
